This past weekend was very event filled for me, we had Giselle's birthday bash which we have been working on for the past three months (super stressful)  But happy to announce that it was absolutely a smash hit!!!  So now I can relax for a little bit, haha.  Anyways, I was able to try out my camera again, which is turning out to be more of a challenge than I anticipated.  But I'm still loving it!  It was exciting for me because I was able to talk to the photographer that we hired from Triple Cord Photography (Andrew)  and gain some more knowledge.  I love finding fabulous photographers who have an artistic and creative style, and this photographer far exceeded my expectations...so I have found my new inspiration.  I can only hope to some day be half as good as he :)  Thanks for the motivation!!!

This Valentines Day was truly the best yet!!!  First we started out Friday night no different than any other, on the couch with a movie and treats ;)  Saturday woke up made a lil breakfast then Scott took me on a little hunt to find my present.  The whole time I was thinking, "Why is he doing this, I already know what I'm getting"  At least he made me think that.   Well after a long hunt I found my gift and to my surprise....I got the camera that I have been wanting for awhile now (Nikon D90)  I am soo excited, I cried for about 5 minutes just because it was sooo special (I know I'm cheezy ;)  I am still learning the ropes, the camera is way above my knowledge but it is one that I can work my up with!  I'm sooo excited to start this journey, I absolutely love taking pics!!!  Here are a few fun pics of my sister Janell and her boo Kyle.  They are oooooo so cute!

Hi Bloggers!!! I guess I'm jumping on the band wagon and trying this blogging stuff out...I find this whole cyber universe very interesting, the word (blogging) is actually in our dictionaries now...What a crazy phenomena :)  Well I guess it beats doing things the old fashioned way with a good ol'  pen and paper..hehe...Our poor kids aren't even going to know what a book is...haha Anyways, I'm excited for this new adventure :)

Well bare with me as I am a new-be...
